Paul and Peter Brandt are a father-son duo and the co-owners of Name Brandt Distilling, “NBD”. The company began as a bonfire discussion and one thing led to another resulting in their micro-distillery. Located in Middletown, Ohio, this passion project-turned-business-venture is more than just another bar in the neighborhood. Paul has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University. He is a devout whiskey and spirits lover who has worked in sales in the electrical industry for over 30 years. He has been ready to try something new and exciting and now has assumed the role of CEO for NBD. Peter’s degree from The Ohio State University is in Chemical Engineering. This along with his love for cooking and experimenting with new flavors has lent itself to his role as Head Distiller and COO.
Together with the help of family and friends they have created Name Brandt Distilling. They strive to honor their family of the past, family of the present, and to extend a warm invitation to all who enter to become part of their family of the future.
